Come and walk the Great Dividing Range. This year's 6 hour Paddy event is on the western edge of the Tallaganda National Park - about an hours drive east of Canberra. The area is mostly National Park with some private land. There are also fire trails and small tracks to make travel easier. Wombats, lyre birds and wallabies abound. Relief ranges from 850m to 1,100m with some great views over the ranges.
The course setters have set the controls for easy navigation with a few tricky ones further out for the fast and furious. Start getting your team together for a fun day of navigation with a free feast at the finish.
In the unlikely event of a total fire ban we will look to postpone the event until 17 March 2013, subject to confirmation that the caterers will be available and permissions can be transferred. Should this be the case, rogainers who cannot attend the alternate date will be refunded their entry.
